These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Northstar (the “Application”), developed and operated by Lotus Labs Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in Canada.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Northstar for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and a valid license key.
You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application or any part of it.
Northstar does not require user accounts. Access is controlled through license keys purchased via our authorized payment provider.
You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. Each license key is subject to activation limits as described at the time of purchase.
Northstar allows you to connect your Apple App Store Connect account using API keys you provide. These keys are stored locally on your device in the macOS Keychain.
We do not proxy, relay, store, or inspect your App Store Connect API traffic. All API requests are made directly from your device to Apple. You are solely responsible for your use of the App Store Connect API in compliance with Apple’s terms.
You agree not to use Northstar to:
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Application for unauthorized purposes.
• Use the Application in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Northstar includes AI-powered features such as keyword suggestions, metadata analysis, and chat-based strategy assistance. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any suggestions before applying them to your App Store listings.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (powered by Stripe). By purchasing a license, you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy as described at the time of purchase.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Lotus Labs Inc. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
You retain ownership of any data you provide or generate through your use of the Application.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lotus Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Application.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Application is immediately revoked.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
